Bulls deal Johnson to Raptors for draft pick

The Bulls have given up on 2009 first-round pick James Johnson, whom they traded to the Raptors on Tuesday The Bulls will receive the Miami Heat's 2011 first-round pick, which was held by Toronto.
 
Johnson left Bulls practice early in a limousine.
 
"I consider JJ a little brother," Joakim Noah said. "He wasn't playing a lot. I hope he gets an opportunity to show what kind of player he is."

Johnson, who served a stint in the NBA D-League earlier this season, had appeared in 13 games for the Bulls, averaging 3.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in 9.5 minutes per game.
