Charlotte's Joel Przybilla ruled out against Trail Blazers due to right knee

Charlotte center Joel Przybilla will not play Friday against the Trail Blazers because of pain in his surgically repaired right knee.
"I think he is going to be out for a while,'' Bobcats coach Paul Silas told Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer after Thursday's practice. "His knee is really bothering him. He's not helping himself or the team if he's hurt and not able to play (effectively).''
Silas on Wednesday didn't play Przybilla in the Bobcats game against Chicago after the former Trail Blazers center limped through a Tuesday practice.
Silas noticed Przybilla laboring during Tuesday's practice, saying the 31-year-old center ran slower and slower until he finally stopped.
