The Detroit Pistons' Charlie Villanueva and Boston Celtics' Kevin Garnett were whistled for technical fouls at the same point in the third quarter of Tuesday night's game.

Early Wednesday, Villanueva apparently took his dispute with Garnett to Twitter.
