Scary days for Delfino

Carlos Delfino isn't sure when he will be able to play basketball again.

The Bucks forward suffered several hits to his head early in the season and was diagnosed with a concussion. He has been out of the Bucks lineup since Nov. 6 when he left a game against New Orleans due to vertigo and dizziness.

"It's frustrating because it's nothing you can control," Delfino said in an interview Tuesday at the Bucks training facility. "It's not like a knee injury where you go and work out and lift weights.

"It's your brain and every single thing you do, you're using your brain. I wasn't able to watch TV or read on the Internet or read books or even talk. Because if I was talking I was having headaches."

Doctors examined Delfino recently and the evaluation showed him to be 90% free of his concussion-like symptoms. But he has to be symptom-free before he can get back on the court.
