Warriors waive forward Carney

The Warriors waived Rodney Carney on Tuesday, reducing their roster to 14 players.
 
The move comes before the Jan. 10 date when NBA contracts become fully guaranteed for the season. On Monday, Warriors general manager Larry Riley indicated he was considering letting Carney go.
