Wilson Chandler back to the Knicks?
Thu, 04/28/2011 - 12:37pm
Wilson Chandler came to the Nuggets in the Carmelo Anthony trade and played well. He proved to be a versatile player — particularly on defense — who was a good complementary scorer. He averaged 12.5 points and 5.0 rebounds in 21 games with Denver. There already has been a report that the Knicks, his former team, are interested in bringing him back.
Asked how he thought his free agency would play out, Chandler said, "I have no idea."
"I'm just going to wait it out and see what happens," said Chandler, who added he had not thought about a possible return to New York. "I just focus on now. I can't control the future."
